Deep Tissue Massage
A full body therapeutic massage using firm to pressure to target deeper layers of muscle & fascia. A slower, methodical approach will be used to break down adhesions and improve mobility and release tension.

Detoxing Cupping Massage
Detoxing the muscles is the goal.
A massage using Rosemary (anti inflammatory & pain relieving properties) infused lotion will be followed with suction like cups on areas of tension, drawing out toxins from the blood, resulting in increased circulation & blood flow. Prior to placing the cups, Navratna, an Ayurvedic cooling oil, is applied to aid with tension relief & improved circulation.

The chillest of vibes with this head to toe therapeutic massage using CBD oils & salves. CBD is a natural anti inflammatory & aids in pain relief for muscles & joints.
